Kelly has spent her entire professional career in the real estate industry.

As a dedicated employee Commercial Property Manager for the past 10 years Kelly goes above and beyond for l the clients of the company. She has extensive knowledge and experience managing strata title properties.

Kelly has been involved in the redevelopment process of commercial properties and successfully manages a large portfolio of retail assets from sub regional retail centres through to strata title properties. Over this period she has built a positive and professional management relationship with shop owners resulting in loyal tenants.

Kelly makes it a priority to focus on providing opportunities to increase tenant / commercial property revenue. She keeps properties well maintained so any maintenance issues are of low occurrence and dealt with promptly plus managing arrears and providing reports to owners.
