Launch of Rhapsody - Surfers Paradise
The local real estate industry gathered to meet and greet with Ho Bee Land, who are developing Rhapsody Surfers North.
Cranes above the city are always an indication of good economic activity, and soon the Red Rooster site at Narrow Neck will be home to Rhapsody Surfers North, a new 41-level development.
It’s not yet officially released but the developers, Singapore-based Ho Bee Land, threw an early cocktail party to introduce Gold Coast real estate agents to the project.
Special guest speaker was John Muchall from Jones Lang LaSalle, while the sales and marketing team mingled with the guests.
Nice touch from Deborah Provost, who had her team wearing fire-engine-red coats. Cranes means jobs, sales and new owners which is good for everyone.
